Excellent Overall Condition (See All Photos).
 
The Original Finish On The Top, Back, And Sides Has Nice Patina And Checking With Some Small Finish Marks And Signs Of Use Throughout (See Photos). There Is Overspray On The Neck As The Previous Owner Opted To Remove A Non-Original Strap Button On The Heel And Have Some Neck Wear Cleaned Up (Excellent Pro Nitro Work).
 
All Parts Including The Nickel Tailpiece, The Brazilian Rosewood Bridge, The 5-Ply Pickguard, The Black Single Ply Truss Rod Cover, The P-90 Pickup And The Electronics, And The Control Knobs Are All Completely Original. The Buttons On The Original Kluson Tuners Were Replaced And A Non-Original Screw Was Used To Attach The Original Pickguard Bracket To The Body.
 
The Original P-90 Sounds Full With Beautiful Midrange Punch And Output Measuring 7.71.
 
The Neck Has A Wonderful Full “C” Shape Contour That Is Very Comfortable, But Not Huge With The Depth Measuring .90” At The 1st Fret And .99” At The 10th.
 
Frets Are Original And In Excellent Condition With No Pitting Or Issues (See Photo).
 
Nut Width Is Just A Touch Wider Than 1 & 11/16” And Measures Exactly 1.7”.
 
The Neck Is Straight And The Action Is Low, Measuring 2.5mm On The Bass Side And 2mm On The Treble At the 12th Fret. A Fresh Set Up Was Done Using D’Addario Chrome .12 Gauge Flatwound Strings And It Plays Effortlessly With Excellent Intonation.
 
The Original Brown Lifton Case Is In Very Good Original Condition With All Hinges And Latches Working As They Should. The Handle Has Been Taped Over, But Is Intact And Functions Without Issue.
 
Overall A Really Nice 50’s 175 That Looks Fantastic And Plays And Sounds Beautifully.
